Camping l'Ambois in the Vendée is indeed open all year round !!!
We offer temporary accommodation in Vendée. There is the rental of Mobiles HomesChalets and 3 gîtes.
Reception is open in low season from Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 12.30pm and 3pm to 7pm. Saturdays from 9.30am to 12.30pm and from 3.00pm to 5.00pm.
Our Campsite L'ambois**** in the Vendée is open all year round for rentals in " professional stay "Between September and June.
What is the possible rental period?
We offer temporary accommodation in the Vendée. For example, monthly rentals at the "business stay" rate are available from 1 September to 12 June. Therefore, from 12 June, the rate in place is a "tourist stay" rate until 31 August.
What do I have to pay for a monthly rental?
In addition to the rent, you will have to pay the following charges:
- 16 administration fee (first month only) ;
- Electricity consumption in excess of 200 Kwh per month (based on monthly meter reading)
- A bottle of gas (if needed within the month)
What do I have to pay for a weekly rental?
- Payment of the rent (utilities included).
What are the rental conditions?
- Payment of 1st rent
- Deposits (not cashed): €200 and one month's rent / A €200 deposit is required for weekly rentals.
- Rental contract filled out month by month
- Animals PROHIBITED ;
- Only 15 days' notice
To be supplied?
- Firstly, an identity document;
- Secondly, a valid work contract or certificate from the employer (any document provided may be checked with the employer). Similarly, if you are a student, you will need to provide a student card or work-study contract.
What should I bring?
- We do not provide household linen. You must therefore provide all bed linen (sheets, blankets, pillows), household linen and towels.
Is there any assistance available?
The accommodation is eligible for APL. Please contact your local CAF to set up your file if you are eligible.
