After selling my house in a week, I was in a hurry to find my new happy home. Unfortunately, the search is so complicated and the market so tight that properties are hard to come by. I preferred to find a rental à Mouilleron le Captif so I don't have to rush around looking for a house.
In just a few clicks I was on the Camping l'Ambois website.
It is located 5 minutes from La Roche sur Yon and offers different types of rental. In summer, you can enjoy a holiday with your family or friends for weekly rentals. But also monthly stays for people who work in the region.
Initially, I contacted them by phone to get information about monthly stays. The next day I booked at Camping l'Ambois because of its proximity to my work in La Roche sur Yon. It was also close to Mouilleron le Captif, with all the amenities just 2 minutes away by car.
All I needed to set up the application was my last payslip, a copy of my ID, a deposit cheque for the amount of my rent and a €100 cash deposit for the housework, plus a €16 application fee!
The campsite team advised me to book a mobile home two bedrooms, so I can store all my bulky items (suitcases, clothes, hoovers, etc.) without losing any space in my living area.
My rent is €475 for a one-bedroom flat. rental 2 bedrooms Mouilleron le Captif. It's very rare to find a rental at a reasonable rate in a relaxing setting with so few restrictions. My charges include television, wifi, 200 Kwh of electricity, water and a parking space.
I still have to pay €34 for the gas bottle, which has to be changed every 2 months, the electricity bill if I exceed my 200kwh limit and the tourist tax of €0.55 per adult per night, which has to be paid between 1 January and 31 December.er April and 1er September.
Camping l'Ambois in Mouilleron le Captif is the best compromise for me! Good value for money, friendly staff, functional accommodation, only 15 days' notice...
