The campsite has been awarded the Accueil Vélo label
Camping L'Ambois**** became a "Accueil Vélo" site on 8 January 2014.
The Accueil Vélo label is a national label developed in the Vendée. It is awarded to tourist service providers who offer specific services and facilities for cyclists.
This campsite with bike reception in Vendée provides all the information, tools and facilities needed to make cycling as comfortable as possible for tourists.
What's more, you'll have access to a sheltered, secure area, as well as repair kits and equipment.
We have set up a places dedicated to your bikes. So they have a place to put their bikes. There's also a wooden table with a blanket for a sheltered lunch.
Finally, a special "Accueil Vélo" rate has been introduced to cater for campers on the move. The rate is €8 per night in low season and €12 in July and August for 1 person.
