Several activities are on offer. For example, there's a small farmer's workshop, animal feeding, pony care, pony rides and a children's club. There are also activities for adults, such as the pétanque tournament and fitness classes. There are also Loto, Bezette, Cinema and Disco evenings. Then there's the fun area, a free place dedicated to children with mini-golf, pedal go-karts, a synthetic ice rink, a large inflatable structure and a giant chessboard.

Le Campsite l'Ambois has a good geographical location. La Roche Sur Yon is 5 kilometres from the campsite. You'll find a pool complex there, "Le Cap", at just €5 admission. There's also the haras de la Vendée with various shows on offer in July and August. Then, in the town centre, the Place Napoléon features mechanical animals that you can handle free of charge.
