There is the rental of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.campingambois.com\/en\/accommodation\/#goto_mobilehome\">Mobiles Homes<\/a>Chalets and 3 g\u00eetes.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-7737 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.campingambois.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/117907468_222631702445264_1040987320195773548_n-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Temporary accommodation in Vend\u00e9e \" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Reception is open in low season from Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 12.30pm and 3pm to 7pm. Saturdays from 9.30am to 12.30pm and from 3.00pm to 5.00pm.<\/p>\n<p>Our Campsite L'ambois**** in the Vend\u00e9e is open all year round for rentals in \"\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.campingambois.com\/en\/1628-sejours-professionnels\/\">professional stay<\/a> \"Between September and June.<\/p>\n<h2><u>What is the possible rental period?<\/u><\/h2>\n<p>We offer <strong>temporary accommodation in the Vend\u00e9e. <\/strong>For example, monthly rentals at the \"business stay\" rate are available from 1 September to 12 June. Therefore, from 12 June, the rate in place is a \"tourist stay\" rate until 31 August.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-7738 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.campingambois.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/image_50590209-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"salon chalet in a campsite in vend\u00e9e \" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p><u>What do I have to pay for a monthly rental?<\/u><\/p>\n<p>In addition to the rent, you will have to pay the following charges:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>16 administration fee (first month only) ;<\/li>\n<li>Electricity consumption in excess of 200 Kwh per month (based on monthly meter reading)<\/li>\n<li>A bottle of gas (if needed within the month)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>What do I have to pay for a weekly rental?<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Payment of the rent (utilities included).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>What are the rental conditions?<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Payment of 1st rent<\/li>\n<li>Deposits (not cashed): \u20ac200 and one month's rent \/ A \u20ac200 deposit is required for weekly rentals.<\/li>\n<li>Rental contract filled out month by month<\/li>\n<li>Animals PROHIBITED ;<\/li>\n<li>Only 15 days' notice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>To be supplied?<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Firstly, an identity document;<\/li>\n<li>Secondly, a valid work contract or certificate from the employer (any document provided may be checked with the employer). Similarly, if you are a student, you will need to provide a student card or work-study contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>What should I bring?<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We do not provide household linen. You must therefore provide all bed linen (sheets, blankets, pillows), household linen and towels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Is there any assistance available?<\/u><\/p>\n<p>The accommodation is eligible for APL.
